Onyedika Charles Anusionwu

Charles co-founded Ashgrove LP and leads our Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Government Relations practice.

He holds a law degree (LL.B) from the University of South Wales and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. Charles began his career at the renowned law firm Chief Rotimi Williams' Chambers (FRA LAW), where he led the company secretarial and regulatory team. He later served as a Consultant with DCSL Corporate Services and worked as a Senior Legal Officer at a leading Commercial Bank in Nigeria, managing legal risk and board relations for major corporate entities.

Charles excels at helping businesses navigate government regulations smoothly, keep their corporate records in top shape, and build strong, positive relationships with regulators.
